VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
If you decide to select Village Golf & Tennis Realty
to represent your home, you will be asked to complete several forms,
which include:

The Management Agreement is a
binding contract between Village Golf & Tennis Realty and
the homeowner. Please read the documents carefully. You may
cancel your contract by notifying us 60 days in advance in
writing. Please call us at (760) 324-5800 to speak with a
homeowner representative.
ABSENTEE HOMEOWNER
PROGRAM
The Palm Springs/Palm Desert area is one of the most
beautiful areas in California and those who own homes here
are certainly aware of the increasing value of their
investment. You home in the desert area may require greater
attention then your permanent home due to the severity of
the elements.
Our absentee homeowner
division realizes the difficulty of caring for a second home
from hundreds of miles away. Long deserved holiday time
should not be spend repairing your vacation home.
